We strive to display colours and product images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings, lighting, photography, and the printing process.

Personalised Products

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information, including names, wording, colours, and design selections, is accurate before completing their purchase.

Once production has started, personalised orders cannot be amended or cancelled.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, graphics, logos, photographs, and product images displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of Thread & Theory and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Custom Designs

We currently use artwork created by Thread & Theory. We do not reproduce copyrighted images or logos without permission.

If you require a bespoke design, please contact us to discuss your ideas.

Limitation of Liability

Thread & Theory shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
