How long does personalisation take?

Each Thread & Theory item is made to order with care and attention to detail. Please allow up to 14 business days for your personalised order to be created before it is dispatched. During busy periods or promotional launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Can I upload my own image?

At this time, we do not accept customer-uploaded images.

To respect copyright and intellectual property laws, we only use artwork and designs available within the Thread & Theory collection or created specifically for our brand.

If you have a unique idea or would like a custom design, we'd love to hear from you! Contact us to discuss creating a bespoke design that aligns with your vision.

Can personalised items be returned?

As each personalised item is custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for personalised products due to a change of mind.

Please ensure that all spelling, colours, names, and design selections are correct before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How should I wash my scrub cap?

To keep your scrub cap looking its best:

  • Hand wash only in cold water
  • Use a mild detergent
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Air dry away from direct heat
  • Do not iron directly on the printed design

Following these care instructions will help preserve the colour and print quality.

What material are your products made from?

Our products are made using carefully selected materials:

  • Baby Clothing: Soft cotton for comfort and everyday wear

Will the colours look exactly the same as they do on my screen?

We do our best to display colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in monitor, phone, or tablet screen settings, lighting conditions, and the printing process.

These slight variations are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
