As many of our products are handmade and personalised, please allow up to 14 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Production times may be extended during promotional periods, holidays, or high-demand seasons.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

We currently offer delivery throughout South Africa.

Orders over R1000 qualify for FREE standard delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Delivery aims to occur within 3-5 days following production.

Thread & Theory is not responsible for courier delays once your parcel has been handed over to the courier company.
